Small Shapely Jug
Curvy little half pint jug with a nice stable base.
This jug was hand thrown in white stoneware with a pulled handle before being dipped in dark slip and decorated with sgraffito markings before bisque firing. Finished with a matt glaze which brings out the bluey-purple-grey of the oxides in the slip. Fired to 1260C.
Comfortably holds just over 1/2 a pint, or 300ml.
